Nourishing an IT leadership culture at IU
ITLC news for May 2017

MOR Associates annual virtual conference

All ITLP and Boot Camp alumni are invited to attend: Reimagining IT: The Journey Continues, June 20, 8am-4 pm (ET), Devault Alumni Center, Kelley Dining Room (IUB). Parking will be available across the street in the Memorial Stadium lot. Get directions >>

With 2,080 work hours out of 8,760 total hours in a year, it is clear that people spend more time annually at work than doing anything else. Have you ever wondered why some love going to work, others tolerate going to work, and a few fundamentally dread going to work? Leaders, colleagues, constituents, and the overall organization culture have a great impact upon the experience people have -- resulting in a sense of engagement or disengagement. Attend this seminar and learn how to create a culture of engagement by:

  • defining engagement
  • exploring factors that create an environment of engagement or disengagement
  • learning specific strategies for leadership to put into action
  • fostering an "engagement is an inside job" mindset

Morning highlights

  • Leadership Journey: Rob Lowden
  • Engagement is an Inside Job: Deb Dunbar

There is no cost to attend, but please register >>
