The ITLC Board is charged with driving the overall IU IT leadership community in collaborative and open ways. The board maintains any public-facing platforms such as the website or mailing lists, plans events, communicates as needed to the community and to other constituents, manages action teams, leads new initiatives under the purview of the ITLC, and solicits feedback to help best address community interests and needs.

The above roles may be filled by the same person for multiple years/terms as long as the board is comfortable with the arrangement and that the duties are being satisfactorily fulfilled.
