Christan Royer is the Sr. Director of Benefits at Indiana University where she is responsible for healthcare benefits, retirement plans, and workplace wellness programming. She also helps lead university-wide human resource initiatives. Christan previously taught courses on health information management. She holds a M.Ed. with a focus on eLearning and a BS in Business Administration, both from the University of Illinois.
