While organization is often praised as a virtue, “hyper-organization” can cross the line from a helpful tool into a source of stress. Research suggests that when the focus shifts from supporting our work to controlling every detail, organization can actually undermine flexibility, creativity and wellbeing.

Are you a Leader or are you just the world’s most expensive 'Fixer'?

Most of us got to where we are today because we were the best at what we did. We were the Subject Matter Experts. That expertise was our superpower. But what if that knowledge is holding you back?

Every time you 'dive into the details' to fix a minor mistake, you aren't just helping; you are physically preventing your team’s brains from growing. You are teaching them that they don't need to learn, because you will always be there to catch the ball. We aren’t just talking about 'time management.' We’re going to look at why your brain craves the comfort of the details, and how you can set the boundaries necessary to stop being a 'Fixer' and start being an 'Architect.'

By the end of this session, you’ll know exactly which details are worth your mental real estate—and which ones you need to let go of to finally let your team lead.
