Our current initiatives
Recruiting Outreach: Sharing job postings with groups both within and outside IU to broaden the candidate pool for UITS jobs.
- Collaborations: Working with other ITLC teams on workshops and other events.
Our successes
Immigration Experience: Documented the challenges faced by immigrants in IT at IU to preserve, grow, and protect the international community presence of IT staff.
- Disability Visibility: Collaboration with the ITLC Reading and Discussion Group in fall 2024.
