Broadening our talent pool

This initiative aspires to develop a more welcoming IU IT workforce by spreading awareness of IU IT job postings among community organizations on a local, national, and global scale.

By sharing our job postings with their constituents, these organizations will provide IU with a wider pool of talent from which we can select the best candidates for our team.

In the long term, the initiative seeks to equip IU IT managers with a more qualified pool of candidates by establishing relationships with these local, national, and global organizations. Over time, this will help ensure IU’s IT workforce represents the community it serves.
