Clichéd though it is, the necessity to accept and embrace change is fundamental to success. The challenge for leaders today is no longer whether to change but rather deciding what sort of change is best. Moreover, the need to lead and assess change holistically and not as a series of independent successes is essential to accomplishing transformative change.
Dr. Foley explored a form of leadership that looks at leading change through a holistic approach and focuses on useful outcomes for stakeholders and clients that pursue a “big win” for an organization.
