Mentorship is a critical component to any workplace culture that values professional development. The IT Leadership Community is launching a new program to help foster a culture of mentorship within UITS and, ultimately, across the 1IUIT community. This program will create new mentorship opportunities, a framework for productive relationships, and a nurturing environment in which to build them.
At this InfoShare, we will discuss the value of mentorship and how we, as connected members of the IT community, can pursue effective mentoring. Please join us on Wednesday, November 7 in the CIB, Thursday, November 8 in the ICTC, or on Zoom for either of these events to join the conversation or to find out how you can participate in the program.
