April 16: Addressing Bias in the Search and Screen Process
Join us on April 16 for a workshop: Addressing Bias in the Search and Screen Process. Our speaker is Anne Mitchell, director of the IUPUI Office of Equal Opportunity.
All leaders are faced with the critical responsibility of acknowledging and disrupting bias. In this workshop, we will discuss a foundational understanding of how bias affects decision making in the recruitment process. We will also discuss how biases are formed and how to address them in our hiring practices.
Spend some time with Anne Mitchell as she facilitates this important session.
