Co-Chair – Assist the Chair with
- Setting the dates of the program
- Getting the HR Representative for the Gallup Strengths portion of the training
- Coordinating with the venue
- Coordinating with the catering company
Communications and Scribe
- Takes notes of all action team meetings
- Communication to the IT Community for the Boot Camp call-out
- Communications to the Boot Camp Cohort and their supervisors
- Ordering and distribution of the Strengths Based Leadership books
Applications and Teams Role
- Creating necessary Fire Forms and Microsoft forms with automations
- Building and managing the Microsoft Team for the 2025 Cohort
Specific Day Coordinators
- Plans the daily agenda fitting within the day’s template
- Coordinates guest speakers, including preconference meetings to go over content
Assistant Day Coordinators
- Seating charts for each day
- Sets up for the day each morning
Artifacts Role
- Creates a folder for each member of the cohort and prints materials for each folder
- Storage of folders between each session
- Additional swag
Technical/IT Support and Setup Role
- Acquires Projector/Microphone and Speaker setup/Loaner laptop
- Onsite IT support during event
