Diversity, equity, and inclusion are key to creating an IT organization with a rich professional knowledgebase, as well as a welcoming work environment. The ITLC Champion of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award recognizes IT staff who go above and beyond to encourage and enhance DEI at Indiana University. The ideal candidate is someone who raises awareness of DEI issues, actively promotes positive change, encourages a welcoming and inclusive work environment, and serves as a leader or model for others.
