The Conversations on Leadership action team organizes events that provide IU IT Community members informal ways to discuss leadership topics. Aspiring leaders from any campus can participate to develop the skills needed to be a successful leader within the IU IT community. These 45-60-minute sessions often consist of pre-work in the form of short articles or videos around a specific leadership topic, along with discussion questions to consider. During the session we discuss these questions in small groups and then report out to the larger group.
